With the ascension of Aurelianus Septim to the imperial throne, the political situation in Skyrim is more uncertain and tense than ever. The fear of a possible new war against the Empire looms among the population, frightened by the possibility that Aurelianus' armies may turn their gaze north.The Jarls of Skyrim, guides of the people and lords of the north, are trying to organize and prepare for the worst, but old disagreements and ancient rivalries make it more difficult for the nation to be completely united. In all this situation, the Jarl of Whiterun, Gulf "The Great" Retersen, stands as a bulwark of peace, hope and strength: from his halls of Dragonsreach he has sent requests for help and collaboration, waiting for brave heroes from all over Tamriel to respond to his call.

Con la salita al trono imperiale di Aurelianus Septim la situazione politica a Skyrim è più incerta e tesa che mai. La paura di una possibile nuova guerra contro l'Impero aleggia tra la popolazione, spaventata dalla possibilità che le armate di Aurelianus possano volgere il loro sguardo verso nord. 

Gli jarl di Skyrim, guide del popolo e signori del nord, cercano di organizzarsi e di prepararsi al peggio, ma vecchi dissapori e antiche rivalità rendono più difficile la totale unità della nazione.

In tutta questa situazione lo jarl di Whiterun, Gulf “Il grande” Retersen, si erge come baluardo di pace, speranza e forza: dalle sua sale di Dragonsreach ha mandato richieste di aiuto e di collaborazione, in attesa che valorosi eroi da tutta Tamriel possano rispondere al suo appello.
