These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the
Larp Radar mobile application (Android/iOS) and the website
larp-radar.com (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Use of the Services
- You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You agree not to interfere with the proper operation of the Services or violate any law or third‑party rights.
- We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms or risk to users.
2) User Accounts
Certain features require an account or third‑party sign‑in (e.g., Google SSO).
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3) Account Deletion
You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time via the in‑app
Delete Account function (where available) or by contacting
[email protected].
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.
4) User Content
You may submit content (e.g., reviews, comments, event details). By submitting content,
you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display such content
solely to operate, provide, and improve the Services.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any law or third‑party rights.
We may remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Messaging
- Larp Radar provides direct and group messaging to help players and organizers coordinate events and community interaction.
- You must not use messaging to harass, spam, send unlawful content, or attempt to contact someone who has blocked you or restricted who can message them.
- You can control messaging through profile and organizer privacy settings, block users, mute conversations, and submit abuse reports where available.
- We may review reports, restrict access, or remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Rules. Message content may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy; deleted accounts are anonymized in conversation history.
5) Events and Third‑Party Content
Event listings and related content may be provided by users or third‑party organizers.
We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of events.
Participation is at your own risk, and any issues must be resolved directly with the organizer.
6) Intellectual Property
The Services and their content (software, text, graphics, logos) are owned by or licensed to us
and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works,
or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.
7) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
or non‑infringement). We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services
or any third‑party content (including events).
9) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Larp Radar and its affiliates, officers, employees,
and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)
arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cattolica.
11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and/or on the website.
Continued use of the Services after changes becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
