INTRODUZIONE IG

“Udite, udite…”
sono giorni che i bardi e i cantastorie riempiono le piazze delle grandi città con l’unica notizia che sembra interessare sia il popolano che l’aristocratico: finalmente il Re si sposa! Dopo tante promesse, spostamenti, incidenti, il buon Sovrano potrà finalmente coronare il sogno d’amore di due Regni! Alla celebrazione saranno invitate solo le più alte cariche del Regno e gli Eroi, ma tutto il popolo avrà diritto a tre giorni di festeggiamenti a partire dal 24esimo giorno dell’Ariete.
Il Re e sua Moglie si intratterranno poi con i loro ospiti per un Grande Ballo in Maschera, che allieterà la serata dopo la cerimonia.

Ogni Eroe ha ricevuto lo sfarzoso invito bianco/oro per il matrimonio di Re Riccardo IV con Caterina Romanov di Draconia. Con vostra estrema sorpresa, qualche giorno dopo giunge un’altra missiva, meno vistosa, quasi anonima:

“Se state leggendo queste parole, il Concilio Ristretto e Sua Maestà il Re vi ritengono persona di estrema fiducia. Il contenuto di questa lettera è da considerarsi segreto di stato ed ogni divulgazione a terzi sarà considerato Alto Tradimento e punito con la morte ultima. I nemici del Regno si stringono intorno a noi sempre più spudorati nelle loro malefatte e troppe volte sono riusciti nei loro intenti prendendoci di sorpresa. E’ giunto il momento di diventare altrettanto subdoli: la notizia del matrimonio reale sarà ormai giunta alle orecchie di chi trama contro il Regno e quale migliore occasione di colpire un popolo distratto da tali facezie? Ciò che non sanno è che gli Eroi si riuniranno il 24esimo giorno dell’Ariete ma l’occasione mondana (che in ogni caso ci sarà) non farà che da copertura alle vere operazioni di controffensiva e spionaggio a cui sarete chiamati dai vostri Capi d’Istituzione.

Costo Evento e turnazione STAFF: Il turno staff è OBBLIGATORIO e un dovere associativo per tutti i partecipanti. Le modalità e i costi si differenziano a seconda dei seguenti pacchetti:
- BASE: 2 giorni da PG, 1 giorno da STAFF. Costo 40 Euro.
- HO GIA’ DATO: Riservato ai giocatori che hanno fatto il turno FULL STAFF allo scorso live. 3 giorni da PG, costo 50 euro.
- FULL STAFF: 3 giorni da STAFF. Nessun costo, vitto e alloggio a carico dell’organizzazione.
- GIORNATE SINGOLE: Per chi non potesse venire tutti e tre i giorni, può acquistare l’accesso da PG al costo di 25 euro al giorno.

TRAME DI GRUPPO: Al momento dell’iscrizione è possibile prenotarsi per partecipare ad una trama personalizzata di gruppo. Il gruppo deve essere stato precedentemente approvato dalla narrazione (con relativo BG) e deve avere un minimo di 7 partecipanti all’evento per ottenere la trama. I partecipanti devono essere approvati dai rispettivi capigruppo e non possono prenotarsi per più di un gruppo alla volta.

RITUALI PERSONALI: E’ vivamente consigliato ai ritualisti che vogliano officiare rituali personali di inviare precedentemente alla narrazione la descrizione del rituale (obiettivi, testo, reagenti, ecc.). La fascia dedicata a svolgere i propri rituali è la mattina del sabato entro e non oltre le ore 13:00.

ALLOGGI
ATTENZIONE: La location ha a disposizione solo 60 posti letto che verranno assegnati in ordine temporale di iscrizione all’evento (faranno fede data e orario sul modulo di iscrizione). Terminati i posti letto sarà possibile per una decina di persone portare brandine personali che saranno disposte in una grande sala comune (a costo zero per il pernotto).
Il costo, per posto letto, è di 18 euro per notte.
Sarà inoltre a disposizione uno spazio gratuito per chi voglia portare una propria tenda da campeggio (da comunicare per tempo agli organizzatori).

PASTI
Ogni giorno sarà possibile mangiare in gioco dalle 13.00 alle 14.00 e dalle 20.00 alle 21.00 (gli orari saranno tassativi perché il servizio catering ci viene offerto da giocatori che tolgono tempo al loro gioco per farci mangiare). A breve verrà pubblicato il menù dei 3 giorni e le modalità di prenotazione e costi.

“Hear, hear…”
for days the bards and storytellers have filled the squares of the big cities with the only news that seems to interest both commoners and aristocrats: the King is finally getting married! After many promises, moves, accidents, the good Sovereign will finally be able to fulfill the dream of love of two Kingdoms! Only the highest officials of the Kingdom and the Heroes will be invited to the celebration, but all the people will have the right to three days of celebrations starting from the 24th day of Aries.
The King and his Wife will then entertain their guests for a Grand Masked Ball, which will brighten the evening after the ceremony.

Each Hero received the lavish white/gold invitation to the wedding of King Richard IV to Catherine Romanov of Draconia. To your extreme surprise, a few days later another letter arrives, less conspicuous, almost anonymous:

"If you are reading these words, the Small Council and His Majesty the King consider you to be a person of extreme trust. The contents of this letter are to be considered a state secret and any disclosure to third parties will be considered High Treason and punished with ultimate death. The enemies of the Kingdom are gathering around us more and more shameless in their misdeeds and too many times they have succeeded in their intentions by taking us by surprise. The time has come to become equally devious: the news of the royal wedding will have reached the ears of those who plot against the Kingdom and what better opportunity to strike a people distracted by such jokes? NO-PLOT slots: On Fridays from 02.00 to 10.00 and on Saturdays from 24.00 to 10.00 the plots will be suspended (except for some specific cases) but players who wish can continue to role to the bitter end. Since the presence of narrators in these time slots is not guaranteed, TAVERN RULES WILL APPLY.

Event cost and STAFF shift: The staff shift is MANDATORY and an associative duty for all participants. The methods and costs differ depending on the following packages:
- BASIC: 2 days as a PG, 1 day as a STAFF. Cost 40 Euros.
- I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN: Reserved for players who took the FULL STAFF shift at the last live show. 3 days as a PG, cost 50 euros.
- FULL STAFF: 3 days as a STAFF. No costs, food and accommodation paid by the organization.
- SINGLE DAYS: For those who cannot come all three days, they can purchase access from PG at a cost of 25 euros per day.

GROUP PLOT: When registering you can book to participate in a personalized group plot. The group must have been previously approved by the narrative (with related BG) and must have a minimum of 7 participants in the event to obtain the storyline. Participants must be approved by their group leaders and cannot book for more than one group at a time.

PERSONAL RITUALS: Ritualists who want to officiate personal rituals are strongly advised to send the description of the ritual (objectives, text, reagents, etc.) before narrating. The time slot dedicated to carrying out one's rituals is Saturday morning no later than 1pm.

ACCOMMODATION
ATTENTION: The location has only 60 beds available which will be assigned in chronological order of registration for the event (the date and time on the registration form will prevail). Once the beds have been filled, it will be possible for about ten people to bring personal camp beds which will be arranged in a large common room (at no cost for the overnight stay).
The cost, per bed, is 18 euros per night.
A free space will also be available for those who wish to bring their own camping tent (to be communicated to the organizers in advance).

MEALS
Every day it will be possible to eat in the game from 1.00pm to 2.00pm and from 8.00pm to 9.00pm (the times will be mandatory because the catering service is offered to us by players who take time away from their game to make us eat). The 3-day menu and booking methods and costs will be published shortly.
