Informiamo i giocatori che la Location richiede la conferma del numero minimo di partecipanti entro il 10 Febbraio 2026. Entro questa data dovremo raggiungere le adesioni necessarie: in caso contrario potremmo essere costretti a rinviare l’evento.
Questo non rappresenta la chiusura delle iscrizioni, ma la quota minima va comunque garantita.Saranno considerati confermati esclusivamente i personaggi che avranno creato Background e scheda e successivamente effettuato il pagamento.
Per questo motivo non potremo accettare pagamenti da giocatori privi di materiali di base.
Si raccomanda inoltre di evitare pagamenti di gruppo.I posti letto verranno assegnati in ordine di prenotazione. Una volta terminati, sarà possibile pernottare in auto; in caso di nuove disponibilità o posti extra, verrà dato avviso.A partire dal 13 Aprile verrà applicato il cambio di fascia: il costo dell’evento subirà un aumento di 5€.La segreteria chiuderà ufficialmente il 13 Maggio 2026: dopo tale data non sarà più possibile registrare personaggi, modificare le schede o richiedere variazioni.Per maggiori dettagli su costi e disponibilità, consultate la sezione “COSTI”.

Ricordiamo che se saltate la registrazione userete il leggi e gioca fino a che (se sarà possibile, soprattutto se siamo in TIME IN) questa non verrà finalizzata.

LOCATION:
La location che abbiamo trovato è a 5 kilometri da Cefalù, sopra San Ambrogio.
Dotata di circa 20 posti letto (divisi tra PG e staff), divisi in casette da 4/5 posti, quindi non parliamo di camerate.
Ogni casetta ha il suo bagno privato compreso di doccia. Daremo la precedenza ai posti letto a chi pagherà per tempo. A causa delle normative vigenti, le camerate non potranno offrire posti letto, ma cercheremo sistemazioni alternative entro i numeri consentiti, altrimenti, come in ogni location sarà possibile accamparsi con una tenda IN RUOLO o dormire in auto fuori dall'area di gioco.
La location comprende anche un enorme zona boschiva, una rocciosa e un piccolo borgo composto appunto dalle casette, alcune a più piani (certe adibite a camere per dormire, quindi fuori ruolo, e altre camere comuni in ruolo.)
Il telefono non prende ovunque ma c'è il WiFi e il riscaldamento.

AVVISI VARI
1) E’ imperativo che la location venga mantenuta pulita quindi non saranno tollerate cartacce o rifiuti a terra e soprattutto mozziconi di sigaretta in giro per la location.
2) Non è assolutamente permesso l’utilizzo di fiamme vive in location sia che si tratti di fornelletti a gas (Contattare Salvo Cerroda per usarli in cucina) sia di illuminazione in ruolo come candele o lanterne, munirsi di finte candele o lanterne a LED. Non sarà neanche tollerato l’utilizzo di illuminazione fuori ruolo come torce elettriche durante il live nelle zone in ruolo.
3) Per gli aventi diritto al letto si ricorda di munirsi di lenzuola o sacco a pelo e di lasciare le camere nel massimo ordine. I sacchi a pelo vanno conservati sotto i letti una volta utilizzati al fine di mantenere le stanze in ruolo.

A seconda della disponibilità delle scorte e della presenza dello staff in cucina sarà possibile ordinare da mangiare o da bere fuori dagli orari dei pasti (per info contattare lo staff).
Per qualunque esigenza alimentare o necessità di accedere alla cucina il referente è Salvo Cerroda contattabile su WhatsApp al numero 3270717537.Sono obbligatorie le posate in ruolo. A causa delle esigenze dello staff è obbligatorio che ognuno porti le proprie stoviglie e possa provvedere AUTONOMAMENTE ad esse.Non è detto che possano essere disponibili stoviglie extra di qualsiasi tipo per i giocatori. Qualora fosse possibile (ma vi preghiamo, non contateci), se ne dovesse essere sprovvisti vi verranno fornite delle stoviglie monouso pagando una penale di 0,50€. La penale verrà applicata anche a chi porterà stoviglie fuori ruolo di sua proprietà.

COSTI:
Il costo dell'evento è di 50€ fino al 13 APRILE. Successivamente verrà applicato un cambio di fascia e il costo salirà a 55€. Causa esigenze assicurative questo evento sarà a numero chiuso.
Una volta terminata la disponibilità della location, non potremo ammettere ulteriori giocatori.Dal 13 MAGGIO (ovvero dopo le 23.59 del 12 MAGGIO ) non sarà più possibile versare quote di partecipazione.Se non dovesse raggiungersi entro la data ultima il tetto minimo di partecipanti richiesto, provvederemo a spostare le date ed effettuare i dovuti rimborsi.Se le quote verranno inviate alla struttura perché raggiunto il tetto minimo (a maggio), lo staff NON potrà garantire rimborsi dell'ultimo minuto, trattandosi di una struttura ricettiva a tutti gli effetti.I posti letto verranno distribuiti dando priorità all'ordine di pagamento delle quote di iscrizione.

FIRST INFORMATION:
We inform players that the Location requires confirmation of the minimum number of participants by 10 February 2026. By this date we will have to reach the necessary registrations: otherwise we may be forced to postpone the event.
This does not represent the closure of registrations, but the minimum quota must still be guaranteed. Only the characters who have created the Background and card and subsequently made the payment will be considered confirmed.
For this reason we will not be able to accept payments from players without basic materials.
It is also recommended to avoid group payments. Beds will be assigned in order of booking. Once finished, it will be possible to stay overnight in the car; in case of new availability or extra places, notice will be given. Starting from 13 April the change of slot will be applied: the cost of the event will be increased by €5. The secretariat will officially close on 13 May 2026: after this date it will no longer be possible to register characters, modify cards or request changes. 16:00 - TIME IN. Please respect the timetable, do not arrive before the start time or excessively late to guarantee the smooth running of the event for everyone. We remind you that if you skip the registration you will use the read and play button until (if possible, especially if we are in TIME IN) it is finalized.

LOCATION:
The location we found is 5 kilometers from Cefalù, above San Ambrogio.
Equipped with around 20 beds (divided between PG and staff), divided into houses with 4/5 seats, so let's not talk about dormitories.
Each house has its own private bathroom including shower. We will give priority to beds to those who pay in time. Due to the regulations in force, the dormitories will not be able to offer beds, but we will look for alternative accommodation within the permitted numbers, otherwise, as in every location it will be possible to camp with a tent IN ROLE or sleep in the car outside the playing area.
The location also includes a huge wooded area, a rocky area and a small village made up of small houses, some with several floors (some used as sleeping rooms, therefore outside the role, and other common rooms in role.)
The telephone does not reach everywhere but there is WiFi and heating.

VARIOUS NOTICES
1) It is imperative that the location is kept clean so no paper or waste on the floor will be tolerated and especially cigarette butts around the location.
2) The use of open flames on location is absolutely not permitted, whether it be gas stoves (contact Salvo Cerroda to use them in the kitchen) or role lighting such as candles or lanterns, equip yourself with fake candles or LED lanterns. Nor will the use of non-role lighting such as flashlights be tolerated during live performances in the areas in question. 3) Those entitled to a bed are reminded to bring their own sheets or sleeping bags and to leave the rooms in the utmost order. Sleeping bags should be stored under the beds once used in order to keep the rooms in order.

Depending on the availability of supplies and the presence of the staff in the kitchen it will be possible to order food or drinks outside meal times (for info contact the staff).
For any dietary requirement or need to access the kitchen the contact person is Salvo Cerroda who can be contacted on WhatsApp at number 3270717537. Role cutlery is mandatory. Due to the needs of the staff, it is mandatory for everyone to bring their own crockery and to be able to provide for it independently. It is not certain that extra crockery of any kind may be available for the players. If possible (but please don't count on it), if you don't have them, you will be provided with disposable tableware for a penalty of €0.50. The penalty will also be applied to those who bring crockery that is not their property.

COSTS:
The cost of the event is €50 until 13 APRIL. Subsequently, a band change will be applied and the cost will rise to €55. Due to insurance requirements, this event will have a limited number of places.
Once the availability of the location has expired, we will not be able to admit further players. From 13 MAY (i.e. after 11.59pm on 12 MAY) it will no longer be possible to pay participation fees. If the minimum number of participants required is not reached by the final date, we will move the dates and make the necessary refunds. If the fees are sent to the facility because the minimum ceiling has been reached (in May), the staff will NOT be able to guarantee refunds last minute, as this is a full-fledged accommodation facility. The beds will be distributed giving priority to the order of payment of the registration fees.
