DrachenFest is a massive, annual German medieval fantasy Live Action Role-Playing (LARP) festival where thousands of players live out adventures as fantasy characters (knights, mages, elves, etc.) in an immersive, player-driven world centered around dragons, featuring epic battles, quests, camping, and a rich storyline for several days in the summer. Participants align with different dragon factions, engaging in improvised storytelling and large-scale combat in a temporary fantasy setting.
