Per arrivare al convento uscire a FIRENZE SUD. Al raccordo prendere uscita BAGNO A RIPOLI. Seguire in direzione CANDELI e VILLAMAGNA. La salita al convento comincia da CANDELI.
Usando Waze ha dato la strada corretta! Vi chiediamo se possibile di arrivare subito dopo pranzo di Venerdì, per fare in modo di gestire la Segreteria e la disposizione stanze senza fretta. Nel caso in cui arriviate a gioco iniziato seguite le istruzioni che lasceremo in giro o cercate un membro dello staff, senza entrare nella zona in gioco in "borghese" per non rovinare l'esperienza a tutti. La location ha numerose stanze private da 2 a 6 posti, e siete stati collocati insieme ai congiunti/amici: se qualcuno dei vostri conoscenti è in brandina, se lo gradite, può dormire all'interno della vostra stanza. Ricordate, per chi ha il posto letto, che coperte, cuscini o sacchi a pelo sono da portare.
All'esterno di ogni porta ci sarà un foglio con i nomi delle persone a cui la stanza è riservata: i membri dello staff vi indirizzeranno. Per l'inverno, qualche stanza non ha il riscaldamento ma risulta comunque parzialmente riscaldata a patto che vengano tenute le porte e finestre chiuse. Per questione di sicurezza non è possibile utilizzare scaldini, stufe o termoventilatori. Assicuratevi di avere delle calzature adatte e di ricambio: le scarpe da ginnastica, seppur molto comode, non sono in tema. Le stanze vanno lasciate come vi vengono consegnate, cioè pulite. Siamo sempre in gioco, anche la notte e anche durante i pasti: le stanze private sono tuttavia fuorigioco, pertanto quando tornerete a dormire la sera tardi vi chiediamo di essere ESTREMAMENTE silenziosi nel rispetto di tutti. La location è molto grande ed alcune stanze sono totalmente fuorigioco: se su una porta sarà presente un nastro giallo, la porta non esiste. Le brandine verranno posizionate in ampie stanze fuorigioco: seguite le istruzioni dello staff e non montate brandine in posti a caso!La location è molto grande e la notte molto buia. Portate quante più lanterne e candele possibili! All'esterno è presente un largo parcheggio, posizionate le vostre macchine in modo tale da non intralciare l'entrata e l'uscita degli altri partecipanti. Nel caso in cui siate iscritti ma siate impossibilitati a venire all’evento vi chiediamo gentilmente di avvisarci per fare in modo di organizzarci meglio. Se possibile cercheremo di conservare il credito per eventi futuri. Ci saranno numerosi props, anche MOLTO grandi (e alcuni anche molto costosi!), che possono essere maneggiati dai giocatori. Vi preghiamo di averne particolare cura, e vi ricordiamo che chi rompe (o trascura) paga. A fine evento qualsiasi prop "complesso" va riconsegnato in Segreteria: vi verrà riconsegnato all'evento successivo. Se a qualcuno/a nel realizzare il proprio costume o props servisse un'immagine vettoriale di quelle presenti nel manuale di ambientazione e regolamento scriva pure in privato sulla pagina specificando:
- L'immagine desiderata;
- Il formato che vi serve (.png, .pdf, .svg, .eps, .ai, eccetera).
