L'evento ha un numero massimo di circa 80 partecipanti.

La quota comprende pranzo del sabato cena del sabato e pranzo della domenica (indicare nella mail di iscrizione eventuali allergie e preferenze alimentari).

In caso di disdetta della quota entro il 30 Aprile l’associazione riconoscerà un bonus pari all’intero ammontare della quota riutilizzabile per il live successivo, in caso di disdetta successiva a quella data il bonus riconosciuto sarà pari al 50% della quota versata.

Chi dorme in casa scout può arrivare in location a partire dal venerdì sera costi aggiuntivi previo accordo con lo staff.NON È POSSIBILE ACCEDERE ALLA LOCATION PRIMA DEL SABATO MATTINA ALLE ORE 10.

Seguiranno dettagli su prezzi e contatti di altri luoghi convenzionati ove dormire in zona.

Per questione legate alla trama in questo live i pasti in gioco saranno frugali e non vi saranno fornite bevande diverse dall'acqua. Potete portarvi scorte personali che però non potranno essere portate in gioco, saranno disponibili in una stanza fuori gioco dedicata.

The event has a maximum number of approximately 80 participants.

The fee includes Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch (please indicate any allergies and food preferences in the registration email).

In case of cancellation of the fee by April 30th the association will recognize a bonus equal to the entire amount of the reusable fee for the next live, in case of cancellation after that date the bonus awarded will be equal to 50% of the fee paid.

Those who sleep in the scout house can arrive at the location starting from Friday evening at additional costs by agreement with the staff. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE LOCATION BEFORE SATURDAY MORNING AT 10 AM.

Details on prices and contact details of other partner places to sleep in the area will follow.

For reasons related to the plot, in this live event the in-game meals will be frugal and you will not be provided with drinks other than water. You can bring personal supplies but they cannot be brought into the game, they will be available in a dedicated out-of-game room.
