Le Pacte présente son Inter GN autour du peuple Félis : L'héritage des Sultans.

"Alors que le peuple Félis entame la reconstruction de son territoire suite aux exactions de l’Empire d’Ignis, l’illustre Sultan Hazan IV meurt et la descendance du Sultanat est disputée entre les trois princes. Les chefs Félis ainsi que le Padisha en personne se rendent à Akhamout, à la frontière de l’oasis de Zer Al-Zul, afin d’assister aux funérailles du Sultan. L’adieu au chef Léo devient alors événement central pour le peuple Félis. Sommet politique, stratégies militaires, siestes rituelles et concurrences commerciales pourraient ranimer les rivalités entre Léos, Tigris, Panteras et Ousms."
