Se la tua vita si fosse ridotta ad un costante pendolo tra follia e ragione, se ogni giorno ti svegliassi sapendo che l'odiata magia che ti tiene in vita è la stessa che ti causa gli incubi peggiore, cosa saresti disposto a fare per sopravvivere? E quando, infine, cederai al richiamo di Arcadia?
In Limen et Umbra interpreterai uno dei Cangianti, individui strappati dalla loro quotidianità dai mercuriali Fatati, e scappati ai loro Carcerieri alterati nel corpo e nell'anima, per sempre marchiati dal potere del Wyrd. Vivi ma Perduti.
Grazie all'incanto della Maschera potrai muoverti per il Mondo Mortale con i segni di Arcadia visibili solo ai tuoi simili.  Tra chi vestirà pelli fuori dal tempo e mostruose e chi vorrà vivere dando meno nell'occhio, nessuno potrà sottrarsi da benefici e pericoli della modernità: i misteri andranno esplorati trovando indizi tra i banconi di un bar ed i tavoli di un ostello... o in una rocca abbandonata appena fuori città.
I Contratti sono il cuore dei tuoi poteri fatati, un legame vivo con le forze primordiali della Natura marchiato a fuoco sulla tua pelle. 
Mieti la Malìa, essenziale per i tuoi incanti, dagli abitanti del borgo, ascoltando i loro racconti pregni di rabbia, dolore, paura, o passione. Oppure riscuoti Favori dagli altri Cangianti: creare vincoli con i tuoi simili può essere altrettanto vantaggioso.

Quale che sia la tua storia, giura fedeltà ad una delle quattro Corti Stagionali e preparati a immergerti nelle stranezze di un mondo fiabesco e di un'alienante modernità: i Signori di Arcadia vengono a prendersi ciò che è loro, e la morte potrebbe essere solo il più dolce dei destini.

Thanks to the enchantment of the Mask you will be able to move around the Mortal World with the signs of Arcadia visible only to your peers.  Between those who wear timeless and monstrous skins and those who want to live less conspicuously, no one will be able to escape from the benefits and dangers of modernity: the mysteries will be explored by finding clues between the counters of a bar and the tables of a hostel... or in an abandoned fortress just outside the city. Contracts are the heart of your fairy powers, a living bond with the primordial forces of Nature branded on your skin. 
Reap the Magic, essential for your enchantments, from the inhabitants of the village, listening to their stories full of anger, pain, fear, or passion. Or collect Favors from other Changelings: creating bonds with your peers can be equally beneficial.

Whatever your story, swear allegiance to one of the four Seasonal Courts and prepare to immerse yourself in the strangeness of a fairy-tale world and an alienating modernity: the Lords of Arcadia come to take what is theirs, and death might just be the sweetest of fates.
