Servizi, docce, riscaldamento;
Cena del giorno 17 Aprile, colazione, pranzo e cena del giorno 18 Aprile, colazione e pranzo del giorno 19 Aprile.
*Chi desidera dormire in stanza assieme a persone specifiche è pregato di inviare una mail indicando i nominativi.
In base alla capienza delle stanze cercheremo di soddisfare le richieste.
RIMBORSI:
100% entro il 04/03/2026;
50% entro il 17/03/2026 restituiti come buoni spendibili agli eventi successivi,

Before the structure there is a large car park on the lawn (100 meters from the structure), to unload you can still continue up to in front of the church, then move the car.

WHAT IT INCLUDES:
Participation in the three-day event;
Insurance;
Overnight stay on the nights of 17 and 18/04/2026;
The structure is equipped with heating and hot water;
The beds are in dormitories for 4-8-10 people*;
Toilets, showers, heating;
Dinner on April 17th, breakfast, lunch and dinner on April 18th, breakfast and lunch on April 19th.
*Those who wish to sleep in the room with specific people are asked to send an email indicating the names.
Based on the capacity of the rooms we will try to satisfy the requests.
REFUNDS:
100% by 04/03/2026;
50% by 17/03/2026 returned as vouchers that can be spent at subsequent events,
after this date it will not be possible to make refunds.
