L’iscrizione dovrà essere individuale e sarà considerata valida

Potranno essere eseguiti pagamenti comuni. Scrivere nell'e-mail i nomi dei giocatori che hanno contribuito al pagamento.
Il termine limite dei pagamenti sarà entro e non oltre il 10 febbraio, stessa data sarà dedicata al limite per l'invio e la creazione dei penitenti che verranno realizzati assieme ad un mastro da campo, felice di aiutarvi nella creazione del vostro penitente che essa sia via messaggio, chiamata , discord o quel che sia in base alla disponibilità delle parti.

La tenda da segreteria dove avverrà la distribuzione di cibi, eventuali informazioni, distribuzione di monete ed altro avverrà alle 14:00
alle 16:00 di sabato avverrà il Rock n' roll
e l'Armageddon verrà chiamato domenica alle 16
La location è grande et magnifica, ed è munita però di posti letto per chi potrà usufruirne. Sarà dunque necessario portare solo del proprio comodo per la notte tra cui coperte cuscini, ricordando alla tetra clientela che le camere saranno in gioco essendo un evento h24 e come tale tenere i propri averi non a tema nella sacca nascosta de fuori gioco. 
la taverna in gioco fornirà solo delle leggere provviste non considerabili come pasti, dunque i penitenti dovranno portarsi il cibo proprio da casa.Non vi saranno momenti fuorigioco salvo emergenze, notte compresa.

Le richieste di disdetta andranno comunicate entro il 10 febbraio, stessa data per background e pagamenti. Richieste pervenute oltre tale data non verranno accettate poiché la location sarà oramai prenotata. Le quote versate non potranno essere rimborsate. In caso di disdetta, parte della quota versata verrà convertita in un buono da poter usare per partecipare al prossimo evento.

The secretarial tent where the distribution of food, any information, distribution of coins and more will take place will take place at 2pm

and Armageddon will be called on Sunday at 4pm
The location is large and magnificent, and is however equipped with beds for those who can use it. It will therefore be necessary to bring only what is comfortable for the night including blankets and pillows, reminding the gloomy customers that the rooms will be in the game as it is a 24-hour event and as such keep their non-themed belongings in the hidden bag outside the game. 
The tavern in the game will only provide light provisions that cannot be considered as meals, so the penitents will have to bring their own food from home. There will be no offside moments except for emergencies, including at night.

Cancellation requests must be communicated by February 10th, the same date for background and payments. Requests received after this date will not be accepted as the location will now be booked. The fees paid cannot be refunded. In the event of cancellation, part of the fee paid will be converted into a voucher that can be used to participate in the next event.
