Un equipaggiamento adeguato vi permetterà di godere l’esperienza in pieno comfort e per qualsiasi consiglio o chiarimento non esitate a contattare lo Staff.FUOCHI L'utilizzo di qualsiasi tipo di fuoco deve essere preventivamente comunicato allo Staff che autorizzerà la “prima accensione”, da quel momento è sotto responsabilità del giocatore e non deve mai essere lasciato incustodito, l’ultimo a lasciare il fuoco deve obbligatoriamente spegnerlo.È assolutamente vietato l’utilizzo di qualsiasi tipo di combustibile liquido, come ad esempio olio, petrolio, cherosene o simili, comunemente impiegati in lampade o torce. È consentito accendere fuochi personali, a legna o a gas (per illuminazione, riscaldamento o cucina), sotto la piena responsabilità del giocatore. Tale uso deve essere gestito con la massima cura. L'accensione di bracieri è consentita soltanto se sono rialzati da terra, è obbligatorio essere muniti di un estintore che va riposto nei pressi del fuoco.È vietato lasciare qualsiasi tipo di fiamma incustodita, instabile o posizionata nei pressi di materiali infiammabili.Prima di accendere fumogeni di qualsiasi tipo, è obbligatorio ottenere l’autorizzazione dello Staff. Comportamenti pericolosi potranno essere sanzionati anche con l'allontanamento dall'evento.
PernottamentoIl pernottamento sarà disponibile solo con tende IN GIOCO oppure FUORI GIOCO secondo le indicazioni dello Staff. Non sono disponibili posti per il pernottamento all'interno della struttura o in dormitorio. La struttura dispone di servizi igienici con acqua corrente e doccia.

PROMOZIONI
(Le promozioni sono attive solo per le iscrizioni comprendenti l'intera durata dell'evento e non sono applicabili alla fascia per il nuovo giocatore). Recluta un amico
coinvolgi qualcuno che non ha mai partecipato ad un evento di Themis, indica il suo nominativo sul modulo di iscrizione e, pagando congiuntamente, avrai uno sconto di 10€ sul tuo biglietto. La promozione è da considerarsi cumulabile per ogni nuovo giocatore che coinvolgi. Sconto di gruppo
se avete formato un gruppo di gioco composto da almeno 5 partecipanti, indica nel modulo il nome del gruppo e i nominativi degli altri giocatori; ciascun membro otterrà uno sconto di 5 euro sul prezzo della sua fascia d'iscrizione. La promozione è valida solo se ogni membro del gruppo indica nel modulo d'iscrizione il nome del gruppo e i nominativi degli altri giocatori e all'atto di pagamento indica la modalità di pagamento "sconto di gruppo" e il nome del gruppo di appartenenza.

POLITICA DI RIMBORSO
La mancata partecipazione all’evento da diritto ad un credito spendibile nei futuri eventi in base a quando lo Staff ne riceve comunicazione al seguente indirizzo [email protected] , secondo questo schema: - se la mancata partecipazione è comunicata entro le ore 23:59 del 15/11, si ha diritto ad un credito futuro pari all’intero della quota corrisposta; 
- se la mancata partecipazione è comunicata dal 16/11 fino alle ore 23:59 del 28/11, si ha diritto ad un credito futuro pari alla metà della quota corrisposta; 
- se la mancata partecipazione è comunicata dopo il 29/11, non si ha diritto ad alcun credito futuro. In caso di annullamento dell’evento per cause di forza maggiore, tutte le quote versate verranno automaticamente convertite in un credito di pari valore, utilizzabile per eventi futuri di Themis. Qualora si preferisse, è comunque possibile richiedere il rimborso immediato dell’intera quota versata contattando lo Staff. We therefore invite you to prepare as best you can: bring with you thermal clothing and warm clothes (tights, thermal shirts, heavy clothing, cloak, windproof cape) and tents suitable for hiking in cold climates. 
Appropriate equipment will allow you to enjoy the experience in complete comfort and for any advice or clarification do not hesitate to contact the Staff.FIRES The use of any type of fire must be communicated in advance to the Staff who will authorize the "first lighting", from that moment on it is the responsibility of the player and must never be left unattended, the last person to leave the fire must put it out. The use of any type of fuel is absolutely prohibited liquid, such as oil, petrol, kerosene or the like, commonly used in lamps or torches. It is permitted to light personal fires, wood or gas (for lighting, heating or cooking), under the full responsibility of the player. Such use must be handled with the utmost care. The lighting of braziers is permitted only if they are raised from the ground. It is mandatory to be equipped with a fire extinguisher which must be placed near the fire. It is forbidden to leave any type of flame unattended, unstable or positioned near flammable materials. Before lighting smoke bombs of any kind, it is mandatory to obtain authorization from the Staff. Dangerous behavior may also be sanctioned with removal from the event.
Overnight stayOvernight stay will only be available with tents IN PLAY or OUT OF PLAY according to the instructions of the Staff. There are no places available for overnight stays inside the structure or in the dormitory. The structure has toilets with running water and shower.

- First call: valid from 21/10 to 03/11 at a cost of €60 
- Regular: valid from 4/11 to 27/11 at a cost of €80 
- Last call: valid from 28/11 to 5/12 at a cost of €95. The slots are valid only if the entire fee is paid by 11.59pm on the indicated closing day. Involve someone who has never participated in a Themis event, indicate their name on the registration form and, by paying together, you will get a €10 discount on your ticket. The promotion can be considered cumulative for each new player you involve. Group discount
If you have formed a gaming group made up of at least 5 participants, indicate the name of the group and the names of the other players in the form; each member will get a 5 euro discount on the price of their membership band. REFUND POLICY
Failure to participate in the event entitles you to a credit that can be spent in future events based on when the Staff receives communication at the following address [email protected], according to this scheme: - if failure to participate is communicated by 11.59pm on 15/11, you are entitled to a future credit equal to the entire of the amount paid; 
- if non-participation is communicated from 11/16 until 11/28 at 11.59 pm, you are entitled to a future credit equal to half the amount paid; 
- if non-participation is communicated after 29/11, you are not entitled to anyfuture credit. In the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, all fees paid will be automatically converted into a credit of equal value, which can be used for future Themis events.
