Dopo aver ricevuto la benedizione dello Sciamano dell'isola di Neblina, la nostra nave è pronta ad affrontare l'oceano. Nei pressi dell'ex penisola iberica, la vedetta annuncia finalmente Terra! Questa volta si tratta di un isola civilizzata. Il primo cartografo riconosce essere Mulhacèn, uno dei luoghi segnati sulla mappa di Cortès. La ciurma ha bisogno nuovamente di rifornirsi di cibo, proiettili e polvere da sparo, nonché di riposarsi dopo la lunga traversata. Il modo in cui decideranno di presentarsi sarà probabilmente indicativo di come verranno accolti dagli abitanti.
