L’evento comprende: tre giorni di gioco (venerdì, sabato e domenica, dal 21 al 23 novembre 2025) e possibilità di avere pasti in gioco (colazione, pranzo e cena) e bevande.

Vuoi venire a dare una mano allo staff? Per i PNG tesserati è prevista una quota di 40€, che comprende posto letto e pasti. C'è anche la possibilità di partecipare al costo di 30€ senza pasti. Il numero di posti disponibili è LIMITATO e anche per i PNG sarà possibile scegliere tra il dormire in tenda, o con posto letto.

L'evento è aperto unicamente ai soci tesserati. Sarà comunque possibile richiedere l'iscrizione all'associazione insieme all'iscrizione all'evento.
Le richieste di disdetta andranno comunicate entro il 10/11/2025. Richieste pervenute oltre tale data non verranno accettate, eccezione fatta per causa di forza maggiore. Le quote versate non potranno essere rimborsate. The event includes: three days of play (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 21st to 23rd November 2025) and the possibility of having in-game meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and drinks.
The number of available seats is LIMITED.
- The cost of the chosen ticket must be paid no later than November 4, 2025.

Do you want to come and lend the staff a hand? For registered NPCs there is a fee of €40, which includes bed space and meals. There is also the possibility of participating at a cost of €30 without meals. The number of places available is LIMITED and even for NPCs it will be possible to choose between sleeping in a tent or with a bed.

The event is open only to registered members. It will however be possible to request membership to the association together with registration for the event.
Cancellation requests must be communicated by 10/11/2025. Requests received after this date will not be accepted, except in cases of force majeure. The fees paid cannot be refunded.
