PARTICOLARITA' 40° Evento:
- La location non dispone di spazio parcheggio auto interno, si potrà entrare per scaricare e poi si posteggierà nel parcheggio poco più avanti. Se riuscite ad organizzarvi tra di voi per fare macchine uniche con chi vi sta vicino, molto meglio.
- I posti letto sono limitati e saranno disponibili fino ad esaurimento, idem per i posti branda che saranno disponibili fino ad esaurimento. Pertanto se necessitate di dormire nella location post evento, siate celeri nel comunicarlo.
- La raccolta differenziata non è un optional selezionabile, non saranno tollerate disattenzioni che obbligheranno lo staff in smontaggio o chi collabora in questi frangenti a rimestare nella spazzatura di tutti per estrarre bottiglie di vetro coperte dell'avanzo dello stinco o qualsiasi altra cosa disgustosa. Oltre ad essere una questione di buon senso e di cortesia per coloro che dovranno poi infilarci le mani è anche un dovere sanzionato dalla legge.

A causa della reiterata situazione di disinteresse siamo costretti a PROIBIRE DI PORTARE BEVANDE E ALIMENTI PROPRI IN LOCATION.
- La location si trova in montagna, e, visto il periodo, negli esterni farà freddo, mentre negli interni, a patto che si tengano le porte chiuse, vi sarà caldo. Preparate i costumi dei vostri personaggi di conseguenza con termiche, micro-pile, calzamaglie, ma soprattutto scialli, mantelli, cappuccio, etc... anche perché buona parte delle scene principali si svolgeranno in esterna.

SPECIAL FEATURES of the 40th Event:
- The location does not have internal car parking space, you can enter to unload and then park in the parking just ahead. If you can organize among yourselves to make unique cars with those close to you, much better.
- The beds are limited and will be available until sold out, ditto for the cot seats which will be available until sold out. Therefore, if you need to sleep in the location after the event, be quick to communicate it.
- Separate waste collection is not a selectable option, carelessness will not be tolerated which will force the dismantling staff or those who collaborate in these situations to stir everyone's garbage to extract glass bottles covered in leftover shins or anything else disgusting. In addition to being a matter of common sense and courtesy for those who will then have to put their hands there, it is also a duty sanctioned by law.
RESPECT THE SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION SIGNS.
Due to the repeated situation of lack of interest we are forced to PROHIBIT BRINGING YOUR OWN DRINKS AND FOOD INTO THE LOCATION.
- The location is located in the mountains, and, given the period, it will be cold outside, while Inside, as long as you keep the doors closed, it will be warm. Prepare your characters' costumes accordingly with thermals, micro-fleece, tights, but above all shawls, cloaks, hoods, etc... also because a good part of the main scenes will take place outdoors.
