Chiamata a Montalba: uno strano caso

Le iscrizioni apriranno ufficialmente domenica 7 giugno 2026 alle ore 16:00.

L'evento si svolgerà sabato 4 luglio 2026 presso il Borgo di Mezzo:

La quota di partecipazione è di 50 € e comprende la partecipazione al live, la cena e le bevande disponibili per tutta la durata dell'evento.

La segreteria aprirà alle 16:30.

Il Time In è previsto per le 18:00, mentre il Time Out sarà dato nel corso della notte.

La domenica non sono previste attività di gioco.

Anche questo live sarà a numero chiuso e i posti per pernottare presso il Borgo di Mezzo saranno limitati. Sarà possibile pernottare all'interno della struttura portando una tenda esclusivamente storica, per un massimo di 6 posti tenda.

Il pernottamento ha un costo di 10 € a persona e comprende una ricca colazione la domenica mattina.

I bambini fino a 14 anni compresi pagano esclusivamente l'eventuale quota di pernottamento.

Ricordiamo che l'evento è pensato per un pubblico adulto e che alcune aree del Borgo saranno inaccessibili ai minorenni.

Le prenotazioni devono essere effettuate esclusivamente tramite messaggio WhatsApp a Francesco al numero 333 436 2039.

Nel messaggio dovranno essere indicati:

• nome e cognome di tutti i partecipanti prenotati (massimo 4 persone per messaggio);
  
  

• Congrega di appartenenza;
  
  

• indicazione se si tratta di Old Player o New Player;
  
  

• eventuale richiesta di pernottamento in tenda storica;
  
  

• eventuali allergie o scelta vegetariana.
  
  

Una volta effettuata la prenotazione, nei giorni successivi riceverete l'autorizzazione a procedere con il pagamento.

Sarà possibile richiedere il rimborso della quota di partecipazione entro e non oltre il 21 giugno 2026.

Dopo tale data non saranno più effettuati rimborsi. Sarà tuttavia possibile cedere il proprio posto a un altro giocatore, previa comunicazione e approvazione da parte degli organizzatori.

We are ready to share all the information you need to register for the next Coven LARP event:

Call to Montalba: A Strange Case

Registration will officially open on Sunday, June 7th, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

The event will take place on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, at Borgo di Mezzo

The participation fee is €50 and includes access to the live event, dinner, and beverages available throughout the duration of the game.
Language of the event: Italian.

Check-in will open at 4:30 PM.
Time In is scheduled for 6:00 PM, while Time Out will be called during the night.
No gameplay activities are planned for Sunday.

As with previous events, attendance will be limited, and overnight accommodation at Borgo di Mezzo will be available only for a restricted number of participants. Players may stay on-site by bringing a historically appropriate tent, with space available for a maximum of six tents.

The overnight stay costs €10 per person and includes a hearty Sunday breakfast.

Children aged 14 and under only pay the overnight accommodation fee, if applicable. Please note that the event is designed primarily for an adult audience, and some areas of Borgo di Mezzo will be inaccessible to minors.

Reservations must be made exclusively via WhatsApp message to Francesco at +39 333 436 2039.

Please include the following information in your message:

• Full name of each participant being registered (maximum 4 participants per message);

• Coven affiliation;

• Whether each participant is an Old Player or New Player;

• Any request for overnight accommodation in a historical tent;

• Any allergies or vegetarian dietary requirements.

Once your reservation has been received, you will be contacted in the following days and authorized to proceed with payment.

Participation fees may be refunded up to and including June 21st, 2026. After that date, refunds will no longer be available. However, you may transfer your spot to another player, subject to prior notification and approval by the organizers.
