Il posto è facilmente raggiungibile e la strada per arrivare è totalmente asfaltata. Suggestivo, splendido e gigantesco, la location è riscaldata e ha stanze private da 2 a 6 posti l'uno con materassi; per questione COVID è necessario portare lenzuola o sacchi a pelo.
I bagni sono numerosi, spaziosi con docce riservate con acqua calda a disposizione di tutti.
SI potrà giocare in uno spazio totalmente in gioco, all'interno e all'esterno, della quale potete avere un assaggio nelle foto presenti nel post in questo evento.
Il bosco è a disposizione dei giocatori ed è completamente circoscritto da mura.
Ci sarà un parcheggio ampio e lontano dagli spazi di gioco.

Queste norme potrebbero variare nel corso di questi mesi e ci atterremo alle disposizioni governative.• Verrà effettuata la sanificazione di TUTTA la location prima e dopo l'evento;
• Verrà rilevata la temperatura corporea appena arrivati (lo staff associativo si riserva la possibilità di riservare l'accesso alla location a soggetti con sintomi influenzali);

• Il cibo verrà servito con posate monouso che NON potranno essere condivise;
• Se ne disponete, per evitare sprechi, un bicchiere personale è ideale;

• Obbligo di rispettare la distanza di sicurezza durante il giorno e, in particolar modo, la notte durante il sonno;
• Nel remoto caso in cui l'evento venga annullato per cause di forza maggiore imprevedibili di questi tempi il rimborso del costo della sottoscrizione sarà del 100% (escluse commissioni per chi usa Postepay);
• Durante la riunione iniziare prima dell'inizio del gioco verranno illustrati i cambiamenti provvisori al regolamento da rispettare per evitare contatti.
Seguire tutti questi piccoli accorgimenti ci permetterà di tornare a giocare insieme in tutta sicurezza.~I posti letto disponibili sono 70.
L'alternativa è quella di portare una brandina per dormire durante la notte in una delle stanze.
È possibile anche montare delle tende fuori gioco.
Se avete una tenda in gioco e volete montarla per dormire o solo per giocarci sarete liberi di farlo.~I pasti (Cena del 20, Colazione-Pranzo-Cena del 21, Colazione e Pranzo del 22) sono inclusi nel prezzo: eventuali intolleranze o allergie vanno comunicate per tempo nel form Google.~Quale sarà, stavolta, la città con più buongusto?
Durante l'evento creeremo delle zone di riferimento per ogni città dette Giurisdizioni, con relativo stendardino identificativo: potete portare decorazioni, oggetti di scena o altro per arredare il vostro angolo!~Se intendete partecipare come PNG fisso o saltuario contattateci e, oltre ad erigere un altare sacro in vostro onore, vi aggiungeremo al gruppo PNG.

Noi usando Waze ci ha dato la strada corretta! Vi chiediamo se possibile di arrivare subito dopo pranzo di Venerdì, per fare in modo di gestire la Segreteria e la disposizione stanze senza fretta. Nel caso in cui arriviate a gioco iniziato seguite le istruzioni che lasceremo in giro o cercate un membro dello staff, senza entrare nella zona in gioco in "borghese" per non rovinare l'esperienza a tutti. All'arrivo ci sarà un addetto che misurerà temperatura e controllerà i green pass. Nei luoghi chiusi è obbligatoria la mascherina: è OBBLIGATORIO camuffarla, ad esempio con fazzoletti di stoffa. La location ha numerose stanze private da 2 a 6 posti, e siete stati collocati insieme ai congiunti: se qualcuno dei vostri conoscenti è in brandina, se lo gradite ed è vostro congiuto, può dormire all'interno della vostra stanza. Ricordate, per chi ha il posto letto, che coperte, cuscini o sacchi a pelo sono da portare (norme antiCOVID).
All'esterno di ogni porta ci sarà un foglio con i nomi delle persone a cui la stanza è riservata: i membri dello staff vi indirizzeranno. Assicuratevi di avere delle calzature adatte: le scarpe da ginnastica, seppur molto comode, non sono in tema. Le stanze vanno lasciate come vi vengono consegnate, cioè pulite. Siamo sempre in gioco, anche la notte e anche durante i pasti: le stanze private sono tuttavia fuorigioco, pertanto quando tornerete a dormire la sera tardi vi chiediamo di essere ESTREMAMENTE silenziosi nel rispetto di tutti. La location è molto grande ed alcune stanze sono totalmente fuorigioco: se su una porta sarà presente un nastro giallo, la porta non esiste. Le brandine verranno posizionate in ampie stanze fuorigioco: seguite le istruzioni dello staff e non montate brandine in posti a caso!La location è molto grande e la notte molto buia. Portate quante più lanterne e candele possibili!
All'esterno è presente un largo parcheggio, posizionate le vostre macchine in modo tale da non intralciare l'entrata e l'uscita degli altri partecipanti. Nel caso in cui siate iscritti ma siate impossibilitati a venire all’evento vi chiediamo gentilmente di avvisarci per fare in modo di organizzarci meglio. Ci saranno numerosi props, anche MOLTO grandi (e alcuni anche molto costosi!), che possono essere maneggiati dai giocatori. Vi preghiamo di averne particolare cura, e vi ricordiamo che chi rompe (o trascura) paga. A fine evento qualsiasi prop "complesso" va riconsegnato in Segreteria: vi verrà riconsegnato all'evento successivo.
